LIVESTOCK

We have been running our beef operation for over 10 years. We raise dairy beef calves and feeders.

We purchase our bull calves from local dairy farmers and our feeders from local 4-H projects.

Our cattle are fed with our own hay and a simple corn mixed feed.

We sell quarters, halves and whole beef directly to our customers, butchering an average of six head a year.

In late 2019, we bought our first breeding cows to continue building our herd.

We are Beef Quality Assurance certified (2019-2027)

2019 we began with our first batch of piglets!!

We process once a year (half or whole) and purchase our piglets from local farmers.

We have hopes of increasing this as a bi-annual protein option for our customers.
